About Our Rescue

Little Longears Miniature Donkey Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and providing lifelong sanctuary for abused, neglected, and otherwise unwanted donkeys.

We also offer a safe and compassionate option for owners who can no longer care for their donkeys, ensuring these animals have a place to turn when circumstances change.

At our sanctuary in New Oxford, Pennsylvania, every donkey receives individualized care, companionship, and the opportunity to live a safe, comfortable life. From those recovering from years of neglect to senior donkeys requiring specialized attention, each resident is given the care and kindness they deserve.

Every purchase from our shop helps support this mission, allowing us to continue providing a loving home for the donkeys who depend on us.
